This page explains how to request deletion of your ParcelGala account and the personal data associated with it, as operated by Paygala Limited.
How to request deletion
You can request that your account and personal data be deleted in either of the following ways:
Option 1 — Email us
- Send an email to support@paygala.co from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your full name and the phone number / username on the account so we can verify your identity.
Option 2 — Ask your company administrator
If your account was created by a courier company, your company administrator can deactivate and request deletion of your account from the ParcelGala administration console.
We will verify your request and process it within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm details before deleting data.
What is deleted
- Your profile and account details (name, username, email, phone number).
- Your login credentials and device push-notification tokens.
- Personal identifiers linking you to your activity, where not required to be retained by law.
What may be retained
Certain records may be retained, in anonymized or limited form, where we are legally required or permitted to keep them — for example:

Operational parcel data entered by a courier company is owned and controlled by that company. Deleting your staff account does not delete the company's parcel records; requests concerning that data should be directed to the relevant company, which may in turn instruct Paygala.
Updating your data instead
If you only want to update your information, you can change your name, username and password directly in the ParcelGala app and web console without deleting your account.
