This page explains how to request deletion of your Shambani (by Paygala) account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time, whether or not the app is installed on your device.
How to request deletion
To request that your Shambani account and associated data be deleted, follow these steps:
- Tap the button below (or email support@paygala.co) with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- In the message, include the phone number or email address registered to your Shambani account so we can verify your identity.
- Send the request. We may contact you to confirm before deleting your data.
- We will process and complete the deletion within 30 days and notify you once it is done.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and profile (name, phone number, email, farm/profession details).
- Your marketplace, equipment, and farm-lending listings.
- Your community posts and comments.
- Your chat messages, images, documents, and voice notes.
- Your saved locations and push notification token.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law, or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, and dispute resolution. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Content you shared
with other users in conversations may remain visible to those users.
